Lacrosse Programs

Professional and college lacrosse legend Jesse Hubbard will direct the Headfirst Winter Shooting Clinics. These clinics will focus on shooting technique as well as how to use deception to score goals. Emphasis is placed on an attacking and aggressive style of shooting, including shooting on the run and in combination with various dodges. Both physical and mental skill work will be introduced and emphasized. Specific areas covered include: the mechanics of a powerful shot, improved accuracy, and realistic game-like situations. Jesse will break down and analyze the art and science of the offensive player's most important skill: shooting the lacrosse ball. Shooters will participate in shooting drills and stations under the expert eye of Jesse and our staff. Don't miss a great opportunity to improve your scoring ability for the upcoming season.
