Headfirst has always prided itself on its athletic coaches and academic teachers. First and foremost, coaches and teachers are hired for their abilities to positively communicate with children and young adults and also lead by example as role models. Former and present high school, college and professional student-athletes and professional coaches, teachers, and counselors make up the best staff in the area. Junior Day Camp Mixer (ages 3½-5)	Campers will explore the world around us with weekly themes ranging from Dinosaurs to Outer Space, from Creatures of the Sea to Interesting Insects. Daily routine includes outdoor water play, storytelling, art & craft projects, music & movement, and creative games that compliment the theme of the week.
Day Camp Mixer (Ages 6-7)	Daily routine includes swim instruction (St. Alban's location only), outdoor water play, storytelling, art & craft projects, music & movement, and creative games that compliment the theme of the week.
Kids in the Kitchen	This hands-on cooking camp focuses on cooking from scratch using fresh, nutritional ingredients, leaving campers with a delicious sense of accomplishment and a lifelong appreciation for healthy eating. You must have experience working in the kitchen.
